ABOUT

Bloc Collective, based in the heart of NYC, is on a mission to redefine how people discover the coolest events, places, and happenings in the city. Their platform is a curated guide to  “cool shit to do,” offering users a unique way to explore NYC’s vibrant culture. For their ambitious project, they turned to me to create a one-of-a-kind website that would embody their playful spirit and wow users at every click. With a design approach reminiscent of candyland, the website is a visual feast, filled with quirky phrases and playful elements, making discovering cool stuff in NYC an unforgettable experience.

PROBLEM

Bloc Collective faced the challenge of standing out in New York City’s bustling cultural landscape while launching their innovative beverage product. They sought a unique way to showcase their brand and capture the attention of their target audience. Recognizing the need for a standout digital presence, they reached out to me to create a website that would not only embody their brand’s playful and cool vibe but also effectively promote their new product in a memorable way.

Aftermath:

After a successful launch in NYC, Bloc Collective expanded to LA, where they operated for several years. However, they made the strategic decision to close their product branch and refocus on their core mission of discovering and promoting events. As a result, the website showcasing their innovative beverage product is no longer live. Nonetheless, the website’s impact resonates with all who visited, leaving a lasting impression with its vibrant design and playful elements.
