I had the exciting opportunity to help re-develop the brand for TheAtrium International Theater Festival at the Klaipeda Drama Theater. I branded their 2022 and 2023 festivals with the help of talented illustrator Gedminas Pranckevicius. Working on this project was particularly meaningful as it allowed me to collaborate with someone from my home country. The Klaipeda Drama Theater has always been an iconic and respected institution in Klaipeda, and it was an honor to contribute to their esteemed legacy through this project.

PROBLEM

When TheAtrium festival was first presented to me, it had already been operating for a few years. I was brought in to create a flexible identity that would work with different color changes and establish a coherent festival brand. I also had the opportunity to develop the 2022 festival identity with the theme “Vivos Voco!” and the 2023 theme “The Bright Side of Darkness.” This project required a dynamic approach to branding to ensure each year’s unique theme was effectively represented while maintaining a consistent overall festival identity.
